Non-accredited institutions are something to be a little wearier about. These institutions because they aren’t accredited, may not be able to provide you with credits that accredited schools will want to accept.
3. You Have To Be A Computer Genius- False. Being a computer genius means you can probably build and create your own. Unless that’s what you’re studying, there’s no need for it. Basic knowledge and understanding of how to work on a computer is all that is needed. If you can turn on a computer, send and email and type a paper, you’re already on your way. Yes there will be new things that you will eventually have to learn, and maybe an accessory like a camera, that you will have to purchase, but nothing further. Your institution will provide you with contacts to reach your IT people in the event you need a computer ace.
